Just joined, I look forward to increasing my love of the finest food ever and probably my waistline in the process :) :)

Have sat in the shadows and lurked for a while but have just signed up.

Welcome to the forum,

Eating prawn madras should reduce your waistline, i have heard that the Madras style curry with prawns is about the least fattening of them all.

I could be wrong of course, but thats what i tell the misses!
