New to curries

Hi everyone , i'm new to curry making , i've tried pataks paste , wing yips chinese concentrate and i recently got Kris Dhillons book . So i have a lot to learn. But its becoming an obsession . i wish i had found this site earlier. Anyway hello again and keep up the good work , Al

Hi Al,

I think most people who end up here have tried the KD book and found it was close but missing something, decent recipes for a start!  :D

Hi Al  ;) welcome aboard chap. My copy of KD`s book now gathers dust in the bookcase thanks to this site..  ;D happy cooking.........
