1) how do you keep coriander fresh?
Wrap in a sheet or two of damp kitchen paper and store in 'fridge

Thanks Phil for your advice! We will be doing the popadoms as and when they are needed and everything else we will keep it how it is for now.

I have no professional kitchen experience but when it comes to fresh herbs - coriander, parsley etc, it was a revelation to find that my missis stands bunches of them in glasses of water in the fridge door. Such an improvement in lifetime.
