Topic: chewytikkas none ginger base gravy and other recipes please?

I don't believe I've seen many CT recipes in written form other than the ones in Andy's Word document and I'm not sure they were authorized. I seem to recall reading something about them being not so.  Anyway the document is available here somewhere.
Chewy's videos are readily available (My Gora Kitchen, Myshuvids- My Curry Kitchen) and you do what I do and that is watch them and transcribe to notes as you go. Use the pause button, navigate back and forth etc.  He has made a few base gravy recipes but I'm not sure a bout any particular one that is non-ginger.
