Nice bit of work there guys.  Wouldn't mind a portion of those babies  :P  Dips mint sauce is spot on to what i get round my way.  I prefer mine with a sour hot dip though, something like CBM's Bengali tamarind sauce but diluted  a bit.  Yummy combination.

One of my fav dips from the two books. Great books Vol 1 and 2. I fortunately have the print version.. lol! small things please.
