Quick Supper - New Recipe off the cuff ;D
Been playing about grinding spices and making fresh spice blends.

Jhal Murgh Aloo. aka Chicken Fry Fry

Bhagar - Oil, G&G, Service Onions, Salt, Tom dilute, chilli powder, fresh mix spice powder (10)
Fresh garlic and Green Chillis, Par boiled Charlottes, precooked Chicken
only 200ml Garabi.

With everything prepared and in place, cooked down quickly on high heat
a 5 minute restaurant dish bursting with flavour.

cheers Chewy

Looks really good, Chewy - I wouldn't mind wrapping a chapatti around some of that! :)

My way of cooking  :)
Looks bloody fantastic chewy, one to try for the wife (she loves potato in curry)
Im guessing the "fresh mix spice powder (10)" has 10 spices ?
I love grinding my own coriander, cumin, chilli, garam etc , just another nice touch to improving flavours.
