Just bought some very meaty belly draft slices from farm shop in Warwickshire,am looking to spice them up for tasty meal.Any ideas?

HI Mike,don't know where the free bit came on the post!! They certainly weren't,from Hillers at Dunnington Heath,Alcester.I ended up making a masala paste to liberally spread over them.they went well with the samosa baked potatoes I'd partly done.Not my intention to do them that way,but had no response to the post,and had to do something pretty sharply.

I didn't even notice the free bit I was more curious as I know your neck of the woods. I had a feeling you were going to mention Hillers though, I know it well, my Mrs grew up about 2 minutes away in Salford Priors.
Sounds nice Geoff. Sorry I couldn't offer any inspiration regarding seasonings. I would have said a bit of chopped sage or Rosemary, salt and pepper but felt that would be a bit tame for a curry head! :-)
