My clarifying and I think relative response is in the original thread George.
I'm not the only person here who seldom posts recipes. We try and contribute in different ways. Also, why post mediocre recipes like Pat Chapmans's samosa filling (slightly adapted)?
Still waiting for the superior suggested spicing though. For sure i'm gonna try it and give you some feedback ;D Hopefully, it won't be like Chris's e-book
I've only developed two or three recipes to a level where I'm happy to tick them off and move on to the next dish I'm keen to perfect, like samosas.
