Chewy's Bhuna Prawn on Puri 2014.

A classic BIR starter which I eat more and more lately.

I updated the presentation by doing mini Puris as I like more prawns than fry bread.
Plus you can scoop up the prawns with the Puri, for a nice tidy bite.

Really good starter if your entertaining this Festive Season. ;)

That would tide me over just nicely before dinner tonight.

Never tried Bhuna Prawn before - always Jalfrezi or Jalandhari. Must knock some up soon. Never done puris before either.

Roll on 2015 - New Year, New Recipes! :)

Had this last week and it was lovely. Classic starter dish for which I've not had for years.  :) :)

Great looking grub as always CT. Like Naga not something i've tried - YET  ;D ;D.  Then there's always next year.  Too busy at the mo with samosas, madmatt's curry puffs and onon bhajis  ::)

I'll do a quick video recipe at the weekend,
But you can get the idea watching my Chicken Bhuna vid, just cut down
in ingredients and time.
