Here's tonights madras cooked slightly differently to normal, ingredients were cooked in a different order to what I usually cook them.
The end result was fantastic, heat levels and lip burn were spot on

Yes I know, it happened to me Thursday, put me right off my fish and chips!!

No I havent changed it, I had no onions or worcestershire sauce so was just experimenting

Haha cheeky, the Madras was the aim ,rice was out the freezer, naan's wasnt quite ready to be cooked (according to H4ppy) they hadnt been left for long enough, still tasted the dogs b0ll0x though

It was recommended from a mate of bir (shock, horror) chukit, nah kidding it was CA, nah, anyway he suggested heating oil, add mix powder,  ladle base, tom puree, chilli powder, g/g, meat, squirt lemon, 2 ladle base, finish with corinader, standard cooking heat and processes, it worked really well doing it this way instead of g/g first, had a lot more flavour and adding the chilli powder after the first ladle base gave it more heat on your lips, fantastic curry

Is that Jb's base? I'm really starting to find my feet with this base! The garlic Chilli chicken CBM I cooked the other night, well I took it to work today and heated it up in the work lodge. Well it had the smell the taste and the flavor is all I can say!  also had the BIR aftertaste all afternoon.

Cheers lc, I was planning to make CBM garlic chilli dopiaza or Chewys 2014 Bhuna which is at the top of my must do list, but once again I couldnt get to the shops so settled on a madras, which turned out to be a very good choice
