What a good idea. I'm at a loss to understand the apparent lack of interest from several members.
My first step would be to taste some of the dishes you offer. If they had the flavours I seek but can't yet produce, then I might well be interested in your help. Are you sure that an honest, carefully written recipe wouldn't suffice? Does it really need a course? That said, several other courses seem to have been very well received.
