cheers Garp

bit by bit pictorial...more enticing methinks.

anyhow..does anyone use the dried kashmiri chillis that are pictured ?

i added them chopped into a curry and they simply rehydrated, giving a great flavour to my dish.

i'm thinking of grinding them in a pestle and mortar to make my own ground chillis.

does anyone have any other ideas???
