Evening.  Wondering if someone can point me toward a good cucumber raita recipe.

Thanks in advance.

125 to 250 ml of plain yoghurt - Greek is sweeter, add a tsp or two of mint sauce or dried mint, and a grated half cucumber - sorted.

Optional items:

garlic clove, finely chopped
some chopped coriander
some chilli powder
some lemon juice
some salt
some sprinkled cumin to garnish

There is a yellow mint sauce that has sugar and mango chutney in it - tasty as well, but I think it's a BIR recipe where as raita is more of traditional recipe.

That's the one I'm more familiar with but it has to have mint in it as well for me.

Yes, I agree; most mint sauces have to have mint in them, to my mind ... :)

Also if you wanted the sauce a little runnier add a splash of milk and stir it in
