I've always wanted to try a goat curry but have no idea what its supposed to taste like.

Does anyone have any photos of one they've made with some recipes + guidance?

No photographs, and never tried a Jamaican one, but an Indian (or Gurkha) goat curry will taste like a mutton curry with an even more prononunced flavour.

I had mutton curry during my 3 visits to Delhi last year and it was like a very rich lamb bhuna.

It was only on my last visit that it was explained to me that in India mutton is goat meat.

Very rich curry, strong tomato flavour and moderate to madras heat. with a thick sauce.

I really enjoy it.

as for Jamaican curry goat, its worlds apart.

Jamaican curry is much more like a Jerk flavour

I use the following recipe, which is based on the surprisingly good Levi Roots cookbook, and while I can't  claim it to be 'authentic' it works every time and is extremely addictive. Superb with lamb or mutton, too, if you can't get any goat.

A Jamaican classic. Lamb and mutton are delicious too, but do try to get goat. Serves 4.
