As it's you CH up the chilli to 2. Go easy though. The heat is surprising. Chef used 3 chillies for a large pineapple, and the other staff who tried it were soon doing their best to hide their coughing and spluttering. It firstly tastes fruity, and then a great big whoosh of chilli heat hits you, and then the garlic. It should also be fairly salty The restaurant owner had some and then locked himself away in the storeroom. Chef laughed and reckoned he was probably "drinking yoghurt"!
