Hi everyone I am glad I found this site and looking forward to try a lot of recipes I been recently making my curries from scratch grinding spices and so on but been following the more traditional way rather than the BIR methods didnt realise how split it can be but making interesting reading . I have seen a lot of recipes which I would like to try but the downer a quite a few call for coconut and coconut milk something I detest so is there anything I could use instead ? .I know I am going to enjoy this site
