Hi
Could someone please tell me why my curries won't go dark and the oil won't rise? My other half likes his curry oily and I just can't seem to get this right. Any help would be great thanks.

Hi all,
I'm new to cooking curries and want to cook a rogan josh I've found in a cook book. The problem I'm having is where do I get all I need? A blade of mace, cardamoms the rest I can get from my local supermarket. I hope someone can help me with this

Hi All,
I'm just starting out making my own curries. I want to make the base sauce but what i need to know is if i want to make more and freeze it do i just double up on everything
