take some chicken strips 1tsp, of turmeric 2 tblsp,s of lemon juice leave to marinade for a couple of hrs in fridge sift some gram flour into a bowl small sprinkle of garam masala , chilli powder(optional not reqiured) a sprinkle of salt then drain the chicken roll in the flour mix and deep fry serve with any sauce delicious

incorporate a tbl,spoon of yoghurt into the batter mix also a little baking powder and leave it in a warm place to prove just like bread 4/5 hrs ideal then add whatever you like to the dough deep fry and they will turn out crisp on the outside cooked through in the middle

hi panpot mango powder a spot of red food color a dash of lemon juice and a little chopped coriander left overnight in the fridge in your recipe even more amazing
