We had a Neff, now we have two Siemens ovens, if cooking indoors i also use thermo grill with chicken on skewers large chunks 6 mins per side at 300deg c, slight charring.

Their copy is on Hi band U-matic format which is notionally a semi-pro format and certainly better than VHS. Takes me back about 40 years to my repair days. Many an hour spent with my head almost literally in the inner workings of these beasts.

You might be better off just having the sensor in the kitchen and the thermostat body outside, as the components will be producing heat which might warm the kitchen creating a larger gap in temp between the inside of the fridge and the kitchen.

Makes me think along the lines of bottle length piece of plastic waste pipe, screw on end cap fitting to make cleaning easy with a reducer to 28mm pipe to squeeze it out, like a mastic gun setup, then write Gordon Ramsay on it.
