Hi Phil Opps I've posted the same curry, one with and one without the flash! I've rectified this now,
For the record, photo three is my dish this is chicken tikka methi
Photo four is called Bagum Bhara this is a mix of chicken tikka and lamb mince! One of the wife's favourites

Nice and simple tonight free range poached eggs on tiger bread toast a good spread of lurpak butter with a good shake of salt and pepper
