Which recipe do you use for the mint sauce?

Like Phil said Mint sauce.

A cup plain yoghurt
3 ts sugar
2 ts lemon juice
1 ts Colman's mint sauce from a jar,

What I call 321 mint sauce.

I don't think that a BIR biryani is cooked in the same way, I guess it would be more like a fried rice with pre cooked meat and rice, I'm sure someone with insider knowledge will put us right.
