1/2 lb Mushrooms
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Chili 2tsp
large Tomatoes 1
large Onion 1
Oil

Wash and finely slice mushrooms. Slice onion fine. Heat
oil and add turmeric and
onions. Fry until soft. Add the sliced tomatoes and cook
for 3 minutes, stirring all
the time. Add the mushrooms, cover and simmer for 15-20
minutes. Remove
cover and dry out all the water. Garnish with corriander
leaves

Ingredients
1 pound gram flour
2 teaspoons of salt
2 teaspoons of red chilli powder
1 teaspoon of tumeric powder
1 teaspoon of garam masala
2 teaspoons of dry, whole coriander
Pinch of yellow colour
3 eggs
2 tablespoons of cold water
Oil for deep frying

To make the dish
?First prepare the batter for the chicken.
?Place the flour in a bowl than add all the above ingredients and mix well.
?Add water gradually and mix to a smooth batter.
?Dice chicken breasts into strips and dip into mixture coating them well. 
?Heat the oil in a Wok or pot etc. 
?Fry on medium heat until golden brown.
?Serve with salad - lettuce, tomato - as garnish.

Pakora dip
Natural yoghurt
Half tea spoon of salt
? tea spoon of chilli
Half a spoon of mint sauce

It's always best to prepare the dip in advance.

Combine all the ingredients and chill.
