Wait... 20-30 Coriander stocks literally means just the stems without the leaves?

British Indian Restaurant Recipe Requests / Delight Chicken - Harrogate: Ali Raj
February 24, 2013, 05:27 AM
There's an Indian restaurant in Harrogate called the Ali Raj. (website: www.AliRajHarrogate.com) They have an item under the "Special Flavoured Varieties of Curry Dishes" section of the menu called Delight Chicken. The description reads, "Mild dish cooked with mango and fresh cream."
It's a creamy mango curry. Definitely sweet, but it also had a hint of heat to it as I recall. I don't remember much of a coconut flavour, but there may have been some in there. Is this possibly just a Korma variant? I don't know much about Kormas. I usually make/order Madras.
Can anyone point me in the direction of a potential candidate recipe? I've searched the forum to no avail.
