Love the site already, and love the photos of all the currys. Hoping to find out how to cook a nice one myself as I've failed when I've tried, love a good madras/vindaloo from the takeaway, but want to stat making my own which will work out cheaper in the long run and give me more satisfaction knowing I made it.

Great photos. Hopefully this site will teach me how to cook a curry like that in the near future, my one and only effort (using the curry secret book) came out horrible, very thin, tasting of onions.
