Good looking curries Podmore.

And don't ever let anyone tell you there is no such curry. Whether you have had it before or invented it yourself, this is how new dishes evolve and how chef's create :)

Well done....

i like that :)

After making a batch of Taz base i realised that we had little to no space in the freezer, so its been curry all week!

The first one is a Chicken Tikka Napali
Iv posted one of these before and been told there is no such curry..lol
it may just be one of them names that is used here in Manchester.
Iv seen similar ones referred to as a Naga curry

The second one is a garlic Chicken Pathia  ;D

Nice one Mr pod I would scoff that down
I do like a bit of cross dressing in food

Lol thinking of the lumberjack song !

I never wanted to a curry,
I always wanted to be a gourmet burger!
My best fries by side !!!

Just needs a pint  :)

I'm thinking this will be a good one for BBQ's next year :)
And obviously liquid refreshment
I have to say that a lamb sheikh burger kicks the bottom of a standard burger

you can get it from a lot of the local takeaways / restaurants around here.
The taste & quality does vary slightly from place to place but is for most part very similar with the use of Mr Naga.

I don't think iv seen a Napali on here, it may be a dish that's local to the Manchester area.
It a fiery dish made with a teaspoon of Mr Naga pickle and birds eye chilies.
I do like the Naga Pickle, its not as hot as the name implies and has a nice well rounded flavour.

you might have noticed the items in the background, this was a bit of playtime and i'd made Lamb sheikh kebab's as burgers to be topped with chicken tikka Napali and and onion bharjis onion rings.
It was really good and a nice twist on a burger with a BIR
