I was wondering if any body would be interested in a copy? This is from the JSP 404 1993. I also have JSP 404 1965 which has Gurkha and Malay.

Hi I would like copies of both if possible, thanks wayne

Hi everyone i would like to ask, how are Indian restaurant Curry's always a browny color, i have done a few of the base sauces and made a good lot of the curries on this site, turned out fantastic this site is brilliant. but my curries always seem to be a red or orange color, what do you add to make them the dark browny color like in the Indian restaurants etc  thanks boschwayne .

Hi iam a new member, i am from the north eastlincs area, and i have been cooking indian meals as an hobby for 15 years, i hope to try a few of these receipes, and let you no how i get on, i was taught by an indian to fry the onions to make the sauce, with the spices for about 3 to 4 hours to finnally finish at the finale curry. i will try the base method, as mine do cum out very good thanks boschwayne.
