Hi extrahotchilli, i usually buy jar curries, but seeing this site has made me want to try proper authentic ones :)

Welcome, glad to see another female on board.  Forget the jars, just take your time and peruse this site and you will be making bir curries in no time - enjoy!

Thanks everyone. JUst a quick question. I have bought some little packages and theyare like homemade curries, they just have all your spices and then you add the meat, garlic ginger, tomatoes etc. Havnt used it yet but can i submit pics from that?  :-\
