I keep seeing curry gravy included in recipes on this site could you please let me know how to make it.

Hi bigjack,

Look under curry sauce.  The best to date curry base I have made and it is under the thread A Good Curry Base.  It is excellent and would be a good start for you. CQ

The best thing to do is to put individual portions into freezer zip lock bags and then freeze it and just take out when ready and thaw it.

Simple as that.
