Did you enjoy?
It was gorgeous! Still sinking in with me that it?s possible to create a dish like that at home! Have been buying curry sauces from a jar for years - think I?ve turned a corner now... ;D
Glad you enjoyed chilli pepper!
Congratulations Chilli Pepper. No looking back now ;D I wish i was tucking into that curry of yours. I've had to make do with Warburtons crumpets smothered in butter. A far cry from a good curry :(

Do you know, that is the one thing I love about this time of year : I can enjoy two crumpets a day (Hovis in my case), with a good 1/8" of salted butter, and not feel the tiniest bit of guilt :) And Waitrose remainder the crumpets so often that I never ever have to pay anything like full price !

That looks the business,chilli pepper.
Great start ;D

Freezer stock item for me, any time of the year ;D . In emergencies, no curry available, open freezer and cook crumpets - done ::) :P
sorry I'm off topic but it looks like we have a spam attack of the Hurricane Sandy variety?
