Title: CA's Vindaloo
Post by: Unclefrank on November 13, 2012, 01:32 PM
Made this for a few friends.  I used two very hot small green chillies, finely ground black pepper and vinegar out of a pickled onion jar and made potato to spec.

I am not a Vindaloo eater but trying this through the different stages might have converted me.
You may notice that there is no chicken, i only make the sauce then my friends can put what ever they want into it.
Thanks again CA.

but plenty of TAs which is not a bad thing its good to compare where you are on the
curry ladder  :)

Thanks.
Will find out if they liked it in a few days.
I cook a lot of curries for friends and family, around 30 a week give or take a few. Always trying new recipes.

Will try and find my little note book, after we had our kitchen done a lot of things have gone missing.
