Hi all
Having seen CH's latest pictures i thought i'd give a phall a try i have never had one before and thought it would be to hot for me but this was spot on a bit of a runny nose and lips are still tingling but apart from that it was perfect. It wasn't a curry that was just heat it tasted great aswell i used chewy's base and razors spice mix. The only thing i would say is that i didn't have any birdseye chillies so that could be the reason it wasn't to hot for me.

Curry porn :P :P :P Damn it >:( >:( I'm getting curry urges already. And i've to go to a presentation dinner which doesn't involve curry :'(. You made a good job of the phall Jamie and everything else too. Which recipe did you use for the curry? The birdseyes would have given an added boost that's for sure. But you enjoyed it and managed to taste the flavour. That is what is the important thing. You can always add a bit more chilli to make it interesting ;D ;)

Cheer CH
It's your recipe i used everything to spec even the all purpose seasoning was added the only thing i did is chopped the fresh garlic as i don't like big pieces of the stuff and obviously no fresh chillies got to say it's a really tasty dish you have posted would recommend it to anyone who likes heat in there curries.

Ah, I remember you have an adversity to sliced garlic :-\ I can't get enough of the stuff :P Glad the recipe hit the spot Jamie. Would be good if you could post feedback against the original recipe. This gives those who go straight to the main recipe section a bit of info on the dish. You can then post a link to this thread to show your results. If you're getting a liking for hot things, why not try the Zaal phall. That's another tasty hot dish.
The video is pretty comprehensive. Any issues just PM me. Enjoy ;)
