Title: Hi everyone, What an interesting site you have.....

Hi, Just found this site while browsing on the lookout for ideas for tomorrows dinner. I have been a chillihead for many years and time permitting, really enjoy an afternoon in the kitchen, radio on, beer at the ready, while cooking a bhoona lamb or similar. I hope to borrow from the ideas on this site and will update with any feedback.

Hi Doug and welcome.  ;) Not long ago joined myself and there is a wealth of knowledge on this forum. So much that its taken me a while to sift through it all and to be honest I don't know where to start.  :-\ I agree about the beer and radio bit. I have done mainly curries from books until I found this forum. Look forward to your input.  ;D ....regards.....mike

Welcome to Curry Heaven you will soon be cooking Curry like an Indian pro Chef this site is very friendly and we are all Curry addicts oh yes.
