Cheers CT for this recipe it went down a treat i just made this with a bog standard Bhuna.
This is a keeper very tasty and moreish.
Not a bad comment from friends so all in all a successful curry tasting night.

Looks the dogs, UF ;)

Butternut Squash isn't for everybody,
but for me it really works well with Indian spices and flavours.
