Hi all. I am a British expat who has always yearned for a decent restaurant curry. The closest I have found to anything that resembles a curry as I knew it, is in the Shehnai Tandoori, Beaumaris, but sadly, choice is extremely limited. So pleased to have found this forum and  hope I can contribute in some small way.

You'll be knockin' out authentic BIR currys in no time ... but watch your weight !!   ;)

Hi GC, believe you me... If even I can achieve a reasonable standard curry then with a bit of patience anyone can.
Prepare for taste sensation!  :)
