Can't recommend this recipe enough, Edwin Catflap has already posted the recipes.
Here we go AndyMac this might give an idea what to expect http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=6090.0 (http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=6090.0)
This recipe by Abdul is just so moreish you cannot just have a mouthful, delicious.

I actually have an urge to make it alittle drier and have it in a rolled paratha, like a souvlaki, garnished with some raw onions, tomato and dunked in raita or mint sauce :P :P :P

Thanks everyone.
Just one point, is the "lamb kemma", in abduls receipe, just boiled lamb mince, or is there other spices etc?, only the kemma peas receipe, just mentions the lamb kemma!

Hi andy just boil the mince in water only until you get a film of grease/fat on top of the water then drain and rinse then make the Keema as per recipe here http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=6193.msg61671#msg61671 (http://www.curry-recipes.co.uk/curry/index.php?topic=6193.msg61671#msg61671)
If you want a more of a dry Keema then don't add to much base.
The mince is boiled to remove that "fat" taste when cooking with mince, don't have the heat too high low-medium heat, bring the water to the boil turn down and boil for around 10 minutes or so. Drain and rinse.
