Just wanted to introduce myself.... A curry lover from across the pond.

After looking around a fair amount, this looks like the place to be for all things Curry :)

Born and bred Mainer... Downeaster, in fact.... and I think it's fair to say, whenever curry isn't around, I'm missing it ;)

Welcome Seyffer. I think you're in for a bit of a treat once you start cooking up the recipes on here compared to what gets served up as Indian in the States ::). Keep us posted on how things go mate ;)

I hope so! I have a base on the stove as we speak... the smell is driving my girlfriend crazy!
