True.  But a feedback rating of only 97.5% is pretty damning for a major company such as Argos.  Why they use Y0del as their courier of choice is beyond all understanding (unless they have no interest whatsoever in ensuring that their goods get to the buyer and not to some arbitrary nearby property that the driver deems more convenient).
