Post by: Micky Tikka on August 07, 2012, 09:16 PM
Anybody tried Dry Garlic chutney
It comes in a jar and looks like red coffee granules and has a great flavour
But as its new to me not to sure how to use it ( apart from a little sprinkle in a curry)
Anyone familiar with it

I use it on paratha, roti and naan, when i turn the breads over i sprinkle a little on the side that has been cooked. You can either roll them up or leave flat and stack one on top of each other.

That could be an interesting little condiment  :D  Nothing like a little sprinkle when you fancy it, is there? ;D. Can't say i've seen it though so i'll keep my eyes open when i'm next in the asian grocers.
