hi there, was lucky enough to stumble onto this site, lots of information/opinion. first had curry in london abour 16 years ago, didn't know what i ordered, but it burned the mouth off me!!!!! nowadays tend to stick to the mild(ish) side of life, love all kinds of of food (indian being a favourite)? looking forward to reading and learning some new recipes, peckish at the moment just browsing :D
