hi all i made a tamarin dip add 2talb of tamarin 4talb water half a teaspoon of chilli and sugar 1 star anis.in a saucepan and boil for about 5 mins till it thicken remove the star anice let it cool have it with tikka its great good luck.

Last night I spoke to a waiter. He said there was garam masala in the taramind sauce.
