Title: Base sauce request

can anyone recomend a good solid base sauce recipe for dopiaza jalfrezi etc

My personal preferences are the Zaal base or Abdulmohed's enhanced.  However, i have used both Chewytikkas and CA's with excellent results.  I don't think you can go far wrong with any of the above.  However, that isn't to say that there are some of the  other bases on the site which also deliver equally as good results ???  Not sure if that helps but it is a testimony to the expertise and dedication of members of this site who continually strive to achiever that "BIR" result ;)

thanks mate i will find these and use the recipies.its great to speak to people who have the same interests,obsessions as me, cheers curryhell
