You could try my chicken saag recipe and just replace the chicken with lamb. It's in the house specialities section.

I would highly recommend you trying this recipe. The end result is the equivalent or better than any meat and spinnach dish i have ever eaten from a BIR or TA. Check it out. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED ;). Read the entire thread here :D
