Title: Curry sandwich for work

Just seen these Japanese deep fried curry bread rolls!!! This could be my pack up from now on  :)

I guess the question I should be asking is how come you have left over curry available for lunch time? Surely you would have consumed any left overs for breakfast! :P 8)

I usually do but the bugger keeps falling off my cornflakes :-\ so i thought t'd try this, less messy  ;)

An Asian Sweet shop, near me, makes deep fried, battered curry sandwiches
The batter is made from spiced gram flour
The same used for pakora and onion bhajee
I don't know what else is in them, but these sandwiches are fantastic!!

Haldi I love the sound of those ... anyone want to post a recipe  ;)

I've had Dip's leftover chicken tikka biryani in a sandwich for lunch and it was 5 awesomes and 2 amazings so much nicer than those that the American critics sampled    :)
