hi my names nigel been a curry addict for years now this the best site iv come across been looking to do my own base gravy for some time now so the base sauce section as been a great help made one or two currys for wife and daughter and son in law have had good feedback but maybe there biased lol making a meal starter main and side dishes for wife and two freinds at weekend so heres fingers crossed thanks for your time

If you follow the recipes on here you'll be knocking up restaurant quality dishes in no time .. your family 'll be very impressed / grateful !!

Welcome mate!! You can't go wrong with this site, i cant wait to get home and knock up a dish and its :) not just the eating but i love the cooking as well!!! :)
