Hello again Sam ,
Another great vid .. may I ask where in the world are you since this looks an unusual breakfast dish for me being English , please don't misunderstand me .. I don't mean unusual bad I just mean unusual. I once ate a similar breakfast dish with capsicums and that was Mexican !!
I love your enthusiasm by the way !! :)

Hi Colin,
Thank you very much, because when i go to some hotels for a breakfast they offer hot buffet and cold buffet , The hot buffet there is separate tomato , Eggs, Beans with sauce , etc and the cold buffet there is different fruit so i said why don't i mix some of these and make a quick dish contains tomato , eggs and sauce and on the top some fruit like peach , That s all!.

I make you 100% right ELW. The old saying goes "never judge a book by its cover" and it still holds very true. People that eat simply with their eyes need to use the rest of their senses.

You do have a point. Even the curry-house' chefs call them shit kebabs.

Chuck an egg into yesterdays leftovers... Not exactly rocket science, a little bit too pretentious for me.
Still, each to there own!

Thanks for posting, samsaucykitchen. I have no doubt that it tastes better than it looks, but not sure that frying anything makes for a healthy breakfast, but each to their own.
If I haven't got any curry left over from the night before (rare), then I go for my 30 second breakfast special.
Into the awesome Philips HR1871 juicer goes a whole apple, a whole pear, a whole kiwi, a whole orange, a 1-inch slice of pineapple, and a handful of blueberries (or raspberries, strawberries, etc).
Whack the machine on, and a few seconds later you have more vitamins, enzymes, phytonutrients and slow release energy to see you through to lunch.
Fantastic, fast - and healthy.
P.S. You can juice just about anything, but I don't recommend juicing onions or naga chillies. (Trust me on this one.) Ginger is superb though.
The other thing I do occasionally for breakfast is Parsi style scrambled eggs, but I cheat by using a tablespoon of Karahi paste. Just bung the paste in with a couple of eggs and plenty of fresh corainder (plus chopped chillies to taste).
Serve on buttered toast with some tomato ketchup for sweetness, or wrap in a chapatti or flatbread.
Takes five minutes and beats the crap out of fried olives...

Hi Sammy
It's nice to have young cooks on the forum :)
I sometimes do a similar breakfast, which comes from traditional Indian cooking.
I just do a simple Onion, Tomato and thick sliced Garlic Masala
Then finish it off with a couple of eggs and eat it with toasted Roti or English Fry Bread.
Delicious.
cheers Chewy
