Flat rather than ball-shaped, cook for 10-12 minutes at 200C (pre-heated conventional oven, on pre-heated baking tray). Good flavour, slightly more chilli content than strictly necessary, inside texture slightly gooey at 10 minutes, maybe better if I had waited to 12. Served with home-made mint sauce (Waitrose Greek yoghurt, mint jelly, oil from lime pickle, yellow food colouring).
Assessment : not bad at all. Worth trying the full 12 minutes to see if the inside goes crisper.
SWMBO says "stinks the house out !", but also says "Worse than the Taj of Kent !" (referring to the smell), so must be a good sign :)

Not tried their bhajis myself - probably due to the fact that I presumed they would be no better than other supermarket bhajis. Their naans I buy regularly though, as I find them very good.
