Hi folks

I've been a curry fan for many a long year, even tried cooking a few but I won't talk about those. Over the moon to have found this site, maybe I'll manage to get it right now.

Thanks for the words of encouragement curryhell. I've just printed my shopping list for the base, it's the one posted by CA as it seems to have good reviews.

A good choice.  Having made CA's base a couple of times, i don't think you'll be disappointed with the base and i think you're in for a very pleasant surprise when you cook your first curry using it.  Make sure you update us with the results ;)

Welcome Bigwings ,

CA's base is a great starting point as are his other recipes .. I use them all the time and I'm yet to have a bad dish .. enjoy this resource !   :)
