Intersting to compare the make up versus the popular sp's on here Mick. He uses less turmeric than the vast majority but more cumin and garam masala than anybody else ??? The chilli is proportionate to those that add it and the coriander is in the expected proportions to that used by others. Will be interesting to try this vs a couple of the other popular mp's in a side by side comparison. Personally, i'm a bit concerned though. Although cumin adds something it's not a spice i am particularly fond of if over done.

Hi Andy,
No, not yet.
The curry shed is out of commission at the moment but hopefully soon I will be able to make their base gravy and have a good go at it all.
Cheers,
