Made this a few times now.
I just love the taste of the curry leaves and the heat.

I've not tried this one, but I can see I won't be able to hold off much longer.

Cheers SD, had a little sauce left so i thought i would fry onions and a sprinkle (about 1/8 teaspoon) of curry leave powder and use this to add a little extra to the dish instead of just the chicken itself. I also added a sprinkle of curry leave powder to the "batter".

Made this for a friend, but i have tried it and what a kick.
This is so simple to make.

hey UF I finally got round to making this tonight, my first attempt - definitely a keeper!

That looks spot on Stephen, i had mine with a puri (UB's recipe) yesterday, wonderful.
Its a keeper from me as well, i love this dish.

UF it's a real discovery, I could even eat the "sauce" on it's own, poured over chips or roast potatoes!

Chicken 65
2 lbs Chicken
1 TSP Ground Black Pepper
