Looks Good Geezah, what time shall we be over?  :D

Where abouts are you from? Just wondering about the colour of the CTM, normally where I am from it's a red or an orangey colour... Not that it makes any difference, as food colouring does not affect the final taste, just the presentation.... :)

I'm in the UK .... west midlands.
...and yeah, I dont bother with adding the food colouring .. non value added.  :D

Hi Geezah,

Which recipe did you use? I make CA's version which uses Tandoori Masala mix, therefore I don't need to add any food colouring as it turns naturally a reddish colour :)

Looks good Geezah.  Any left overs? ;D  Those naans look spot on.  What recipe did you use?  I could go a couple of those onion bhajis right now :P  Nice one
